数字时代高校教师数字素养框架及培养路径

摘要
教育的历史和实践表明,教师在教育工作中的传承、示范及责任属性决定了教师固有的独特价值和地位,因而社会对于教师素养有着较高的要求.数字时代高等教育的培养目标、教育技术、教育资源及教师间的协作交流方式发生了巨大的变化,如何提升数字时代高校教育质量,加强教师数字素养的培养是关键.一方面要构建高校教师数字素养框架,另一方面要畅通高校教师数字素养的培养路径,进而才能达到提升教学质量的目的.
Abstract
The history and practice of education show that teachers'inheritance,demonstration and responsibility attributes in educational work determine the inherent unique value and status of teachers.Therefore,the society has higher requirements for teachers'quality.In the digital era,the training objectives,educational technology,educational resources,and collaboration and communication methods among teachers have undergone tremendous changes in higher education.How to improve the quality of higher education in the digital era and strengthen the cultivation of teachers'digital quality is the key.On the one hand,it is necessary to build a digital quality frame-work for college teachers,and on the other hand to smooth the training path of digital quality for college teachers,so as to achieve the purpose of improving teaching quality.
