摘要
随着教育信息化的不断发展,农村教育正在经历一场变革,农村教师在这一过程中的角色定位成为教育研究的重要课题.随着教育数字化转型的推进,农村教师的角色定位变得更加关键.文章旨在研究农村教师教育数字化转型过程中的角色定位,探讨他们所面临的挑战和机遇,并尝试提出相关建议,为相关决策者和教育工作者提供有益的参考,以促进农村教师的专业发展和教育质量的提升.
Abstract
With the continuous development of educational informatization,rural education is undergoing a trans-formation,and the role of rural teachers in this process has become an important topic in educational research.As the digital transformation of education advances,the role of rural teachers becomes even more critical.The pur-pose of this article is to study the role of rural teachers in the digital transformation of education,explore the chal-lenges and opportunities they face,and try to make relevant suggestions and provide useful reference for relevant policymakers and educators,so as to promote the professional development of rural teachers and the improvement of education quality.
