摘要
从2019年起,江苏省委将省属高校纳入年度综合考核体系,引导高校立足自身定位,夯实基层基础,锚定特色目标,不断推进高质量发展.为进一步有效发挥综合考核"指挥棒"的作用,在综合考核过程中应重点厘清为什么考、考什么、怎么考、结果怎么用四个方面的问题.
Abstract
From 2019,the Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee includes provincial colleges and universities in the annual comprehensive assessment,guiding colleges and universities to base themselves on their own orientation,consolidate grassroots foundations,anchor characteristic goals,and continuously promote high-quality develop-ment.In order to further effectively play the role of comprehensive assessment as a"baton",the four aspects should be clarified in the process of comprehensive assessment:"why to assess","what to assess","how to as-sess",and"how to use the results".
