摘要
教师教学质量评价是我国高校教学质量管理的重要手段,对切实提高教师教学能力和全面提升人才培养质量具有重要意义.文章在详细阐述教师教学质量评价价值取向、主体参与、指标设计和实施过程四个方面普遍性问题的基础上,基于OBE理念提出改进教师教学质量评价的四个建议:树立正确的评教价值取向;推动多元的评教主体参与;构建完善的评教指标;实施严谨的评教过程.
Abstract
The evaluation of teachers'teaching quality is an important means of teaching quality management in colleges and universities in China,and is of great significance to the effective improvement of teachers'teaching abilities and the comprehensive improvement of the quality of talent training.On the basis of elaborating in detail the four universal issues concerning the evaluation of teachers'teaching quality,that is,value orientation,subject participation,index design,and implementation process,this paper puts forth four recommendations to improve the evaluation of teachers'teaching quality based on the OBE concept:establishing a correct value orientation,encouraging the participation of multiple subjects,creating a perfect index,and putting in place a rigorous pro-cess.
