摘要

当前,我国新能源汽车产业已进入快速发展阶段,未来一段时期内,高质量增长将是该产业发展的重要方向.文章首先对新能源汽车产业的人才需求进行了调研,其次分析了当前车辆工程专业人才培养中培养目标、师资、课程、实践等存在的问题,最后结合调研并针对现存问题,基于新工科建设背景,提出当前车辆工程专业人才培养路径的探索,以期为本科院校车辆工程专业新能源汽车方向的人才培养提供参考,以实现毕业生高质量就业,为快速发展的新能源汽车行业提供有较强实践能力、创新能力及跨学科交融能力的复合型专业人才.

Abstract

At present,China's new energy vehicle industry has entered a stage of rapid development,and in the future,high-quality growth will be an important direction for the development of the industry.Firstly,the talent demand of the new energy vehicle industry is investigated,and then the problems existing in the training goals,teachers,courses,and practices in the current training of vehicle engineering professionals are analyzed,and fi-nally combined with the research and in view of the existing problems,based on the background of new engineer-ing construction,the exploration of the current training path of vehicle engineering professionals is proposed,in or-der to provide reference for the talent training of new energy vehicles in vehicle engineering majors in undergradu-ate colleges,so as to achieve high-quality employment of graduates,and provide compound professionals with strong practice,innovation and interdisciplinary integration ability to the rapidly developing new energy automo-bile industry.
