摘要
创新驱动战略背景下,我国CRO行业从医药产业分离出来并飞速发展,对高等医药院校培养复合型专业人才提出了新的挑战.该文从CRO行业的功能与发展及对人才的需求出发,探讨产教融合培养面向CRO的复合型药学人才的对策,并介绍了嘉兴大学药学专业的有益尝试.
Abstract
Under the background of China's innovation-driven strategy,with the differentiation and rapid devel-opment of the CRO industry from the pharmacy industry,the cultivation of composite professional talents in medi-cal colleges and universities faces new challenges.From the function and development of the CRO industry and the demand for talents,this paper discusses the countermeasures for the integration of production and education to cultivate composite pharmacy talents for CRO,and introduces the beneficial attempts of the pharmacy major at Jiaxing University.
