"双创"改革视角下高职教育面临的挑战及机遇

摘要
在建设创新型国家背景下,国家政策的支持、市场经济结构的调整、社会创新环境的优化,都为高职教育的发展及高职毕业生创新创业创造了有利条件.在"双创"改革视角下,高职院校应从自身实际出发,明确"双创"背景下高职教育的育人目标,确立"双创"视角下高职教育体系改革的方向与途径,有效解决高职院校在"双创"教育理念、课程、教学、师资、考核等方面的问题,积极更新人才培养思维,完善课程体系、强化师资力量、优化教育环境,推动"双创"视角下高职教育的有效改革,培养出专业素质高、创新创业能力强的复合型人才.
Abstract
Under the background of building an innovation-oriented country,the support of national policies,the adjustment of market economy structure and the optimization of social innovation environment have created favor-able conditions for the development of higher vocational education and the innovation and entrepreneurship of higher vocational graduates.From the perspective of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation"reform,higher voca-tional colleges should clarify the educational goals of higher vocational education under the background of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation",and establish the direction and approach to the reform of the higher vocational education system from the perspective of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation",starting from their own reali-ties.They should also effectively solve their problems in terms of the concept,curriculum,teaching,teaching staff,and assessment of innovation and entrepreneurship education,actively update the thinking of talent training,im-prove the curriculum system,strengthen teaching staff,optimize the environment of education,and promote the ef-fective reform of higher vocational education from the perspective of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation",so as to cultivate compound talents with high professional quality and strong innovation and entrepreneurship abili-ties.
