摘要
养老服务人才培养对我国未来养老战略至关重要.然而,在产教融合背景下,高职院校存在人才培养与产业需求不对接、实践教学环节薄弱、教学质量监控体系不完善等问题.为解决这些问题,该文提出"产教融合、校企合作"的人才培养模式.该模式旨在构建新业态下"护理+服务+管理"人才培养结构,建立"基础实践+专业实践+综合生产实践+创业实践"实践教学体系,优化"基础+实践+综合+特色"多进阶课程体系,打造"学校+行业+企业"协同育人平台,培养"双流动+跨学科""双师型"师资队伍,完善"职业技能+职业素质"双评价教学质量监控体系,以培养高质量的养老服务人才,满足养老服务行业的发展需求.
Abstract
Talents in elderly care services are crucial to China's future elderly care strategy.However,under the context of industry-education integration,higher vocational colleges face issues such as a mismatch between tal-ent cultivation and industry demand,weak practical teaching components,and an inadequate quality monitoring system.To address these problems,this article proposes a talent cultivation model called"industry-education in-tegration and school-enterprise cooperation".This model aims to establish a structure for cultivating elderly care talents in the new industry format,including nursing,service,and management;build a practical teaching system integrating"fundamental practice,professional practice,comprehensive production practice,and entrepreneurial practice";optimize a multi-level curriculum system encompassing"fundamental,practical,comprehensive,and distinctive"courses;create a collaborative platform among"school,industry,and enterprises"for talent develop-ment;nurture a dual-flow and interdisciplinary teaching team;and enhance a dual evaluation system that as-sesses both vocational skills and professional qualities to ensure the cultivation of high-quality talents in elderly care services and meet the development needs of the elderly care industry.
