中职学校教师评价体系构建研究与实践

摘要
教师评价是重要的"指挥棒",是培育良好师德师风、提升教师综合素质的导向,事关学校可持续发展和学生全面发展.该文立足问题导向,从教师评价重要性、评价中存在的问题入手,以洛浦县中等职业技术学校为例,探索构建"1(师德)+4(四项能力)"教师评价体系,完善"五位一体"开放多元评价机制,激发教师自我发展内生动力.
Abstract
Teacher evaluation is an important"baton"and a guide for cultivating good teacher ethics and improv-ing teachers'comprehensive quality.It is related to the sustainable development of schools and the all-round de-velopment of students.Based on the problem orientation,starting from the importance of teacher evaluation and the existing problems in evaluation,and taking Luopu Secondary Vocational and Technical School as an example,this paper explores the construction of a"1(teacher ethics)+ 4(four abilities)"teacher evaluation system and im-proves the"five-in-one"open and multiple evaluation mechanism,in order to stimulate teachers'endogenous motivation for self-development.
