摘要
信息技术在促进义务教育均衡发展中发挥了重要的作用.该文通过对我国国家、地方和学校层面利用信息技术促进义务教育均衡发展实践的总结,梳理出我国在此方面的三条经验:注重多方协同发力,为义务教育均衡发展奠定组织基础;注重教师专业发展,为义务教育均衡发展奠定教师基础;注重变革传统教学方式,提高农村薄弱学校课堂教学质量.文章针对我国利用信息技术促进义务教育优质均衡发展提出三条启示:利用信息技术实现优质教育机会均衡;利用信息技术加强薄弱学校内涵建设;利用信息技术支持学生差异化发展.
Abstract
Information technology has played an important role in promoting the balanced development of compul-sory education.This article summarizes the practice of using information technology to promote the balanced de-velopment of compulsory education at the national,local,and school levels in China,and summarizes three pieces of experience in this regard:emphasizing the collaborative efforts of multiple parties to lay an organizational foun-dation for the balanced development of compulsory education;emphasizing the professional development of teach-ers to lay a teacher foundation for the balanced development of compulsory education;paying attention to chang-ing traditional teaching methods and improving the quality of classroom teaching in rural weak schools.Therefore,the article proposes three inspirations for promoting the high-quality and balanced development of compulsory education in China through the use of information technology:realizing the balance of high-quality education op-portunities through the use of information technology;strengthening the connotation construction of weak schools through the use of information technology;supporting the differentiated development of students through the use of information technology.
