摘要

幼儿亲社会行为是一种积极的社会行为,是幼儿社会性发展的标志性表现形式.文章以社会学习理论为视角,以三元交互决定论为基础,以观察学习为习得途径,以强化为调控方式,对幼儿亲社会行为的习得进行路径探析,并提出构建良好的学习环境、树立优秀的学习榜样以及采取合理的强化手段等相应教育策略.

Abstract

As a kind of positive social behavior,prosocial behavior is the symbol of children's social develop-ment.With the social learning theory as the perspective,the triadic reciprocal determinism as the basis,observa-tional learning as the way of acquisition,and reinforcement as the control mode,this paper explores the way of children's acquisition of prosocial behavior,and puts forward corresponding education strategies such as building a good learning environment,setting an excellent example,and taking reasonable reinforcement methods,etc.
