With the popularization of higher education and changes in the concept of financial aid,colleges are facing with the important challenge of how to support students with financial difficulties to achieve all-round de-velopment.This paper is devoted to exploring the theoretical and practical paths of the construction of development-oriented aid and education system for students with financial difficulties in colleges.Firstly,the sig-nificance of the construction of the development-oriented aid and education system was discussed from the per-spectives of society,education,and individuals.Secondly,a framework for the construction of the development-oriented aid and education system for students with financial difficulties in colleges was established by focusing on the three levels of education system,management system,and service system.Furthermore,the content of the construction of the development-oriented aid and education system in colleges is elaborated in detail.Finally,the key and notable points for implementing the development-oriented aid and education system in colleges were summarized and envisaged,which was aimed at providing useful guidance for the work of financial aid and educa-tion in colleges.
