The Internet has become the main carrier of telecommunications fraud.Most of the victims are young people under the age of 20,which has caused huge harm to the growth of young people and social stability.This article summarizes the common types of telecommunications fraud in colleges and universities in the past five years,analyzes the four major factors that cause college students to be deceived,and proposes four countermea-sures to prevent telecommunications fraud based on the moral guidance of ideological and political education and financial literacy education.By establishing a correct view of wealth,a healthy view of consumption,and solid val-ues,young students'crisis avoidance and risk prevention abilities can be enhanced.
