To build a high-level talent training system,we must do a good job in ideological and political con-struction of specialized courses.Microorganisms are closely related to human survival and development,and the Microbiology course contains rich ideological and political elements.This paper mainly analyzes the ideological and political goals of the course from two aspects:the requirements for ideological and political construction in colleges and universities and the talent training quality of pharmacy majors.It also thinks and explores the ideo-logical and political elements contained in the Microbiology course from two aspects:microbial theoretical knowl-edge and experimental operations.It is aimed to provide ideas for the ideological and political construction of the course and enhance the value-building effect of Microbiology on students.
