摘要
探索建立较为完备科学、高效务实的岗课赛证创一体化育人机制,是顺应形势深化职业教育改革势在必行的重要举措.但目前尚未形成明确的、系统性的实施策略和操作路径,该文通过作者的实践探索和精练总结,提出岗课赛证创一体化育人"五四"融合实施策略,是落实岗课赛证创一体化育人模式操作性强、实效性高、针对性好的办法和策略.
Abstract
Exploring and establishing a relatively complete,scientific,efficient and pragmatic education mecha-nism that integrates job,course,competition,certification,and innovation is an important and imperative measure adapting to the situation to deepen vocational education reform.However,clear and systematic implementation strategies and operating paths have generally not formed.This paper,through the writer's practical exploration and concise summary,proposes the"five-pronged"implementation strategy for the integrated education through job,course,competition,certification,and innovation,which is a highly operational,highly effective,and well-targeted method and strategy for implementing the integration of job,course,competition,certification,and inno-vation.
