摘要

课堂纪律是影响教师教学水平和学生学业成绩的重要因素.小学课堂的纪律管理会影响学生对教师所授知识的接纳程度,还会影响授课教师对课堂教学的投入程度.建立良好的教学秩序需要良好的课堂纪律管理的支持,这样教师的教学才能事半功倍,达到师生的良性互动.有些小学生爱玩、好动,甚至不服从教师管理,教师要从学生实际出发,研究切实可行的小学课堂纪律管理方式方法,采用更有效、更适合的方法来管理小学课堂纪律.

Abstract

Classroom discipline is an important factor that affects teachers'teaching level and students'aca-demic performance.The discipline management in primary school classrooms affects students'acceptance of the knowledge,as well as whether teachers can fully immerse themselves in classroom teaching.Achieving good teaching order requires the support of good classroom discipline management,and teachers can achieve twice the result with half the effort and achieve positive interaction between teachers and students in the teaching process.Some primary school students are playful,active,and even disobedient to the teacher's management.Teachers should start from the actual situation of students,study practical ways and methods of managing classroom disci-pline in primary schools,and adopt more effective and suitable methods to manage classroom discipline well.
