摘要

该文对基于叙事取向的"认识自我"团体辅导的设计与运作进行了详细描述与分析,并提出了提升叙事取向团体辅导效果的具体策略,主要包括:以叙事疗法的基本理念增进团体领导的亲和真诚,以叙事疗法的核心技术提升团体辅导的观照深度,以叙事疗法的见证技术巩固团体成员的积极力量,以叙事疗法的书信技术强化团体规范的建立维护.

Abstract

This paper describes and analyzes the design and operation of group counseling based on narrative ori-entation,and puts forward specific strategies to improve the effect of group counseling based on narrative orienta-tion,including:The basic concept of narrative therapy is used to enhance the affinity and sincerity of group lead-ers;the core technology of narrative therapy is used to enhance the depth of observation of group counseling;the witness technology of narrative therapy is used to consolidate the positive power of group members;and the letter technology of narrative therapy is used to strengthen the establishment and maintenance of group norms.
