摘要

高关怀学生是指需要学校主动且有针对性地开展教育管理和关怀帮扶工作的一类学生.他们可能已出现显著的行为改变或具有身体和心理上的潜在危机.该文从高关怀学生的教育管理工作出发,在高关怀学生的特征分析、帮扶模式和支持体系上做重点研究,以期通过有效的工作策略和模式,协助高关怀学生在渡过自身困难、克服自身问题的同时,能够理解苦难的意义、收获持续的心理弹性和人格的发展完善,最终走出自己、走向他人、走向社会.

Abstract

High-risk students refer to a group of students who require proactive and targeted educational and management efforts,as well as care and support,from the universities.They may have exhibited significant behav-ioral changes or have potential physical and psychological crises.This article focuses on the educational and man-agement work for high-risk students,conducting in-depth research on their characteristics,support models,and support systems.The aim is to assist high-risk students in overcoming their own difficulties,addressing their own problems,understanding the meaning of hardship,developing sustained psychological resilience and personal growth,and ultimately enabling them to step out of their own world,engage with others,and contribute to society.
