大学生"考研二战"背后的现象分析——基于访谈的质性研究

摘要
以近年来的"考研热"和"慢就业"为切入点,探讨高校毕业生选择"考研二战"的原因、这个过程受到哪些因素影响以及"考研二战"对大学生生涯发展的影响等.对选择"考研二战"的8名高校毕业生进行质性访谈,研究发现"考研二战"的情况可以分为三种,具体表现为不得已、不甘心与不确定."考研二战"作为"慢就业"的一种形式,体现了就业结构性矛盾的时代背景下"95后"大学生的个性特征.该文从高校、政府和社会角度提出对大学生"考研二战"进行协同引导的措施.
Abstract
Starting from the recent craze of second fight for postgraduate entrance examination and"slow employ-ment",this paper discusses the reasons of college graduates'second fight for postgraduate entrance examination,the factors that affect this process,and the impact of second fight on college students'career development.Through qualitative interviews with eight college graduates who chose to take second fight for postgraduate en-trance examination,it is found that the phenomenon behind the second fight for postgraduate entrance examina-tion can be divided into three types,which are reluctantly,unwilling and uncertain.Second fight for postgraduate entrance examination,as a form of"slow employment",reflects the special background of the times and the per-sonality characteristics of"post-95s"college students.This study puts forward countermeasures of collaborative guidance of second fight for postgraduate entrance examination from different angles of universities,government and society.
