土木工程专业研究生工作站的建设与探索

摘要
作为一种新型人才培养模式,研究生工作站在专业学位研究生培养过程中发挥着重要作用.为完善土木工程专业研究生工作站的运行模式,更好地发挥校企联合培养的优势,该文在分析当前研究生工作站存在的各方参与积极性不高、导师队伍建设落后、缺乏实践锻炼、忽视就业环境、缺乏应急预案等典型问题的基础上,提出建立多角度激励机制、优化进站导师队伍、增加实践锻炼、加强就业指导、线上线下联动等针对性措施.研究成果有助于提高土木工程专业研究生工作站的运行成效,可为工科类专业研究生工作站的建设和运行提供参考.
Abstract
As a new talent cultivation model,graduate workstations play an important role in the process of culti-vating professional degree graduate students.In order to improve the operation mode of graduate workstations in civil engineering and better leverage the advantages of school-enterprise joint training,this article analyzes the typical problems in current graduate workstations,such as the low participation enthusiasm from all parties,the outdated mentor team construction,the lack of practical training,the neglect of employment environment,and the lack of supporting construction.Based on this,it puts forward the targeted measures,such as establishing a multi-angle incentive mechanism,enhancing the construction of inbound mentor team,strengthening practical training and employment guidance,and improving resource integration.The research results contribute to improving the operational effectiveness of graduate workstations in civil engineering,and can provide reference for the construc-tion and operation of graduate workstations in other majors.
