摘要
精准是社会各项工作开展的现实需要,也是高校思政工作开展的应有之义.高校实施精准思政应在坚持"一把钥匙开一把锁"中因人施教,在挖掘地域特色、因地制宜中因地施教,在抓住教育时机、顺势而为中因时施教.这是高校思想政治教育既"走心"又"走新"的创新之举,具有十分重要的现实意义.
Abstract
As a practical need for the development of all social work,taking targeted measures are also the proper meaning of carrying out ideological and political work in colleges and universities.To implement targeted ideologi-cal and political education,it is necessary for colleges and universities to adhere to the principle of"one key opens one lock"to teach according to the individual and explore regional characteristics,to adapt to local condi-tions to teach according to the situation and seize the opportunity of education,and to follow the trend to teach ac-cording to the time.This is an innovative move that is both careful and new in ideological and political education in colleges and universities,which has very important practical significance.
