基于原始创新能力的特征培养新工科大学生的原创能力

摘要
原始创新对于推动人类社会进步具有颠覆性价值.科学家和发明家具有很强的原始创新能力,这种原始创新能力具有的特征是:创新意识的独特性、创新思维的特异性和创新实践的敏锐性.用科学家和发明家的原创故事激发学生的原创热情;组建大学生原创团队,探索用原创的方法解决问题;把原创教育和学生研究性学习深度融合,提高学生研究性学习的创新程度.以上做法对于培养新工科大学生原始创新能力具有积极意义.在教学改革方面,按照"两性一度"的标准创新教学模式;在新的教育理念指导下,把颠覆性的概念和奇思妙想引入课堂教学,实行学生过程性评价机制,有利于拔尖人才的创新能力培养.
Abstract
Original innovation has"disruptive"value in promoting the progress of human society.Scientists and inventors have a very strong original innovation ability.The characteristics of this original innovation ability mani-fest the uniqueness of innovative consciousness,the specificity of innovative thinking,and the acuity of innovative practice.It is of positive significance for cultivating the original innovation ability to new engineering college stu-dents to implement several measurements.First,the original stories from scientists and inventors are used to in-spire students'enthusiasm for originality.Second,the original teams of college students are set up to explore the original methods to solve problems.Third,the original education is deeply integrated with students'research-based learning to improve the innovation degree.In terms of teaching reform,the innovative teaching mode is es-tablished according to the standard of"high-order,innovation,and challenge degree".Under the new educational idea,the"subversive"concepts and"fantastic ideas"are introduced into the classroom teaching and the student process evaluation mechanism is implemented.These conducts are helpful to cultivate the original innovation abil-ity of top-notch talents.
