摘要
文章围绕婴幼儿托育服务展开,分别从婴幼儿托育服务新政策、婴幼儿托育服务与管理专业的人才培养、婴幼儿托育服务与管理专业医育融合的课程体系研究现状的相关研究三个方面进行研究探讨,梳理出了婴幼儿托育服务与管理专业医育融合课程体系建设的必要性和重要性.分析发现,婴幼儿托育服务与管理专业医育融合的课程体系建设是人才培养中的关键一环,是人才培养的必经之路和必要方向,需要政府、企业、院校合力构建医育课程体系,从而提升托育人才质量,完善婴幼儿照护体系.
Abstract
This paper focuses on infant care services,including relevant research on the new policy for infant care services,talent training by the infant care services and management majors,and current research on the medicine-education integrated curriculum system for the infant care services and management major.The neces-sity and importance of the construction of a medicine-education integrated curriculum system for the infant care services and management major are also sorted out.It is found through the analysis that the construction of a medicine-education integrated curriculum system for the infant care services and management major is a key link in talent training,and it is the only way and necessary direction for talent training.However,it requires the joint efforts of the government,enterprises,and institutions of higher learning to construct the system,so as to enhance the quality of infant care talents and improve the infant care system.
