摘要
基于创新创业人才培养模式,探究高校创新创业活动对大学生就业能力的影响.借助大学生就业能力模型(简称USEM模型),分别从学科理解、技能、效能信念和元认知四个维度进行问卷的编制.通过问卷调查和访谈获取研究数据,分析具有不同创新创业活动经历的学生在就业能力前置因素方面的差异,并进一步探究创新创业活动开展的意义.研究发现,创新创业活动的开展对学生就业能力中效能信念和技能的发展作用显著,不同的就业能力被赋予不同程度的重要性,说明创新创业活动的开展为大学生提前接触社会、参加工作提供了有效契机.
Abstract
This research investigates the influence of innovation and entrepreneurship activities in universities on students'employability.Through the Employability Model,the study designs a questionnaire that encompasses four dimensions:subject understanding,skills,efficacy beliefs,and meta-cognition.Research data is collected through surveys and interviews to analyze the differences in pre-factors among students with different experiences in innovation and entrepreneurship education.Furthermore,the study examines the significance of implementing innovation and entrepreneurship education.The findings indicate that the implementation of innovation and entre-preneurship education significantly contributes to the development of students'efficacy beliefs and professional skills in employability.Different employability factors are attributed varying degrees of importance,indicating that the initiation of innovation and entrepreneurship education provides valuable opportunities for students to en-gage with society and gain work experience in advance.
