创业教育对大学生就业竞争力的影响分析

摘要
创业教育是新时代培养高素质人才的重要环节.在就业创业协同推进的大背景下,分析创业教育对大学生就业竞争力的影响具有重要意义.该文阐述了创业教育和大学生就业竞争力的内涵,从创业教育内涵发展阐明了创业教育对大学生就业竞争力产生影响的作业机制,探讨了当前创业教育和大学生就业竞争力提升的融合问题.最后,提出了通过创业教育提升大学生就业竞争力的主要实现路径,希望能为有效应对大学生就业难问题提供助力.
Abstract
Entrepreneurship education is an important part of cultivating high-quality talents in the new era.In the context of the coordinated promotion of employment and entrepreneurship,it is of great significance to analyze the impact of entrepreneurship education on the employment competitiveness of college students.This paper ex-pounds the connotation of entrepreneurship education and college students'employment competitiveness,clari-fies the operating mechanism of entrepreneurship education on the employment competitiveness of college stu-dents from the development of entrepreneurship education,and discusses the current integration of entrepreneur-ship education and the improvement of college students'employment competitiveness.Finally,the main ways to improve the employment competitiveness of college students through entrepreneurship education are proposed,hoping to help effectively deal with the employment difficulties of college students.
