摘要

该文以工程教育认证理念为导向,提出"以学生为中心"的研究生创新培养策略、"课程—科研—实践三位一体"的评价体系以及"持续改进"的培养方案反馈机制.首先,围绕"以学生为中心"理念,提出根据学生自身兴趣与发展需求制订培养方案,塑造学生的创新思维,激发其自主学习潜能.其次,围绕"产出导向"理念,构建"课程—科研—实践三位一体"的综合评价体系,以弥补现有评价体系重点失衡问题.最后,鉴于研究生培养方案"持续改进"的必要性,提出依托评估结果以及学生和社会层面的信息反馈,建立动态调整的培养方案反馈改进机制.综上,基于工程认证理念的新工科研究生创新培养策略,有利于提升高校工程教育质量和培养具备实践能力的新工科研究生人才.

Abstract

This article proposes an innovative training strategy for engineering postgraduates guided by the phi-losophy of engineering education accreditation.The strategy focuses on a student-centered approach,integrating a comprehensive evaluation system of"curriculum-research-practice,"and implementing a feedback mechanism for continuous improvement.Firstly,based on the student-centered approach,the study advocates developing tai-lored training programs aligned with students'interests and developmental needs,fostering their innovative think-ing,and stimulating their potential for self-directed learning.Secondly,adopting an output-oriented perspective,the article establishes an integrated evaluation system encompassing curriculum,research,and practical experi-ences to address existing imbalances in the evaluation process.Lastly,recognizing the necessity for continuous im-provement in postgraduate training,the study proposes a dynamic adjustment mechanism for training programs,le-veraging assessment results and feedback from students and society.In conclusion,this engineering education accreditation-guided strategy enhances the quality of higher education in engineering and cultivates engineering postgraduates with practical skills and capabilities.
