该文回顾了应急语言服务概念的演变,综合不同学者的观点,系统总结了其发展历程,阐述了应急语言服务的全面定义.还探讨了近十年中国应急语言服务实践和理论建设的具体情况,强调了发展应急语言服务对国家语言能力建设的重要性.通过深入分析应急语言服务人才的关键要素,提出高校在培养相关人才时的一系列切实可行的应对策略,包括优化教学体系、加强师资力量、走产教融合之路、培养志愿型应急语言服务人才队伍、树立学生正确的翻译观念等,以期为应急语言服务人才的培养提供有益参考和借鉴.
Abstract
This study reviews the conceptual evolution of emergency language services,synthesizing various schol-ars'perspectives to systematically summarize its developmental trajectory and provide a comprehensive defini-tion.The paper explores the specific developments in both practical application and theoretical construction of emergency language services in China over the past decade,emphasizing the crucial role of these services in en-hancing the national language capabilities.It clearly points out the urgent need for a more comprehensive emer-gency language services system in response to the language service demands arising from the construction of the Hainan Free Trade Port,especially in the context of diverse internationalization.Through an in-depth analysis of the key elements of emergency language services personnel,the study proposes a series of practical strategies,in-cluding optimizing the teaching system,strengthening faculty resources,pursuing industry-academic collabora-tion,cultivating a dedicated team of voluntary emergency language service professionals,and fostering a correct translation mindset.This paper aims to provide valuable insights and references for the cultivation of emergency language services personnel.
