应用物理学专业特色创新创业教育模式探索与实践

摘要
在国家大力倡导创新创业教育大背景下,如何结合高校特色开展高质量创新创业人才培养,是目前全国高校面临的关键问题.针对这一问题,结合长春理工大学应用物理学专业人才培养需求,从学校类型、专业类型、培养方案、教师队伍建设等方面出发,构建产学研一体的人才培养体系,形成教学与创新创业融合的特色,实现应用导向、服务社会的创新创业教育模式,为理工科高校应用物理学专业特色人才培养提供参考.
Abstract
In the context of the country's vigorous advocacy of innovation and entrepreneurship education,how to implement the cultivation of high-quality innovative and entrepreneurial talents based on the characteristics of universities is a key issue currently faced by universities across the country.In response to this issue,combined with the talent training needs of the writers'school's applied physics major,starting from the school type,major type,training plan,teacher team construction,etc.,a talent training system integrating industry,study and re-search was built,forming the characteristics of integrating teaching,innovation and entrepreneurship,realizing an innovation and entrepreneurship education model that is application-oriented and serves the society.The aim is to provide reference for the training of talents majoring in applied physics in science and engineering universities.
