摘要
新时代高校团委积极响应共青团中央号召,在高校开展"青年大学习"行动,目的是深入学习和贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想,加强对广大青年的思想引领和理论武装.高校在开展"青年大学习"行动的过程中,出现管理制度不完善、考核方式不够具体以及部分青年大学生学习目标不明确、学习目的功利化等问题.为了进一步提升"青年大学习"行动的效能,要加强部门管理制度建设,系统完善学生学习制度;创新考核制度方式,提升学生学习效果;优化校园文化环境,营造良好学习氛围;加强理论学习自觉,培养理论学习兴趣,为中国式现代化建设培养生力军.
Abstract
In the new era,the Youth League committee of colleges and universities actively respond to the Central Committee of the Communist Young League's appeal and launch of the"Youth Learning"action,with the pur-pose of further studying and implementing Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,and strengthening the ideological guidance and theoretical arming of young people.In the process of car-rying out the"Youth Learning"action in colleges and universities,there have been problems such as imperfect management system,unspecific assessment method,and unclear learning goals and utilitarian learning purpose of some college students.In order to further enhance the efficiency of the"Youth Learning"action,it is necessary to take the following measures:strengthen the construction of department management system and systematically im-prove students'learning system;innovate the assessment system and strengthen the learning effect;optimize the campus cultural environment and create a good learning atmosphere;strengthen the consciousness of theoretical study and cultivate the interest in theoretical study.The aim is to train a fresh force for the Chinese-style modern-ization drive.
