摘要
禁毒技术创新人才是指适应新时代公安禁毒工作,具有强烈的事业心和社会责任感,富有创新精神和能力,熟练掌握现代仪器设备的禁毒技术人员.该文以浙江警察学院"毒品防控技术研究人才实验班"为例,从培养方案、选拔机制、培养模式、课程设置等多个方面探讨禁毒技术创新人才培养的新路径,相关研究为培养公安院校技术类创新人才提供借鉴.
Abstract
Anti-drug technical innovative talents refer to anti-drug technical personnel who adapt to the anti-drug work of public security in the new era,have a strong sense of enterprise and social responsibility,and are full of innovative spirit and ability.Taking"Experimental Class on Drug Prevention and Control Technology Research Talents"of Department of Criminal Science and Technology of Zhejiang Police University as an example,this pa-per discusses the cultivation of innovative talents on drug control technology in public security colleges and uni-versities from the aspects of training program,selection mechanism,training mode and curriculum setting,so as to provide reference for the cultivation of innovative talents in public security colleges and universities.
