哲学原理融入医学统计学课程教学的思考

摘要
哲学原理进专业课堂是解决目前医学哲学教育薄弱的方式之一,是哲学普及化教育的创新.医学统计学作为大部分医学类专业的必修课,是一个很好的切入口.在CNKI和万方数据库中以"篇名=统计and篇名=哲学,或篇名=统计and篇名=辩证法"检索分别得到123篇和147篇题录,用NoteExpress软件去重,根据纳入排除标准剔除后,最终阅读54篇文章全文.综述结果显示,仅有4篇是关于生物医学类统计学与哲学原理的研究.总体来看,现有文献探讨的统计与哲学结合点不适合医学统计学教学,且存在质量不高、结合程度不深等问题.
Abstract
Bringing principles of philosophy into specialized courses is one way to solve the deficiency of medical philosophy education currently,and also is the innovation of philosophy popularization education.Medical Statis-tics as a compulsory course for almost all medical majors is an excellent approach of this.In CNKI and Wanfang database,123 and 147 bibliographies were retrieved by searching"title = statistics and title = philosophy,or,title = statistics and title =dialectic"respectively.After deduplicated by NoteExpress software,and excluded ac-cording the inclusion exclusion criteria,54 full texts were reviewed.The results showed that only 4 studies fo-cused on biomedical or medical statistics and philosophical principles.Generally,the content of existing literature is not suitable for Medical Statistics education,and there are also problems such as undergrade quality and insuffi-cient degree of combination exist.
