摘要

为探讨医学伦理学教学中CBL联合Seminar教学模式的应用效果,将128名来自黑龙江中医药大学2021级针灸推拿学专业的本科生作为研究对象,将他们随机分为对照组(65人)和实验组(63人),对照组采用传统教学模式,实验组采用CBL联合Seminar教学模式.比较两组学生课后的理论知识成绩、案例分析成绩及教学效果评价.结果:两组学生在性别、年龄及前期考试成绩方面的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性.实验组的理论知识和案例分析成绩均明显高于对照组(P<0.05).实验组学生教学效果评价的评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05).因此,与传统教学模式相比,CBL联合Seminar教学模式在医学伦理学教学中的应用效果更加显著,值得推广应用.

Abstract

In order to explore the application effect of seminar combined with CBL teaching method in Medical Ethics teaching,a total of 128 undergraduates majoring in acupuncture and massage from Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine were selected as research subjects,and they were randomly divided into the control group(65)and the experimental group(63).The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,and the experimen-tal group adopted the seminar combined with CBL teaching mode.The teaching effect was evaluated by closed-book examination and teaching questionnaire.The results showed that there was no statistically significant differ-ence between the two groups of undergraduates in gender,age,and professional course scores(P>0.05),suggest-ing comparability.After intervention,the scores of professional theory and clinical case analysis in the experimen-tal group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The evaluation scores of students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the traditional teaching method,the seminar combined with CBL teaching mode has a significant effect on the medi-cal ethics teaching,which is worthy of being popularized and applied.
