新医科背景下护理学专业机能实验学教学模式改革探索

摘要
随着新医科建设的全面推进,卓越护理人才培养面临新的要求和挑战.实验教学在高等医学教育人才培养中起到重要作用.该文作者在机能实验学教学中,以岗位胜任能力培养为导向,通过有机融合课程思政,优化基础性实验,开展线上线下混合式教学,拓展突出护理专业特色的人体生理实验,引入虚拟仿真实验,并完善课程教学多维度评价考核体系,构建"四位一体"的机能实验学教学新模式,加强培养本科护理学专业学生观察分析能力、实际操作能力和医学人文精神,有效助力本科护理学专业学生综合能力提升.
Abstract
With the comprehensive promotion of new medical construction,the training of excellent nursing tal-ents is faced with new requirements and challenges.Experimental teaching plays an important role in the training of talents in higher medical education.In the teaching of functional experiment,guided by the cultivation of post competency,the writers organically integrate ideological and political education,optimize basic experiments,carry out online and offline mixed teaching,expand the human physiological experiment that highlights the char-acteristics of nursing specialty,introduce virtual simulation experiment,and improve the multi-dimensional evalu-ation and assessment system of course teaching.The purpose of this paper is to construct a new functional experi-mental teaching model of"four in one",strengthen the cultivation of undergraduate nursing students'observation and analysis ability,practical operation ability and medical humanistic spirit,and effectively help undergraduate nursing students to improve their comprehensive ability.
