大思政背景下高校护生护士领导力的现状调查及影响因素研究

摘要
目的:了解实习护生护士领导力现状并分析影响因素,为培养护生护士领导力提供理论依据.方法:采用护士领导力自评量表对实习护生进行调查研究.结果:护士领导力总分为(141.68±25.29)分,不同年龄(P<0.05),理论学习成绩等级(P<0.05),是否为社团成员或学生会成员(P<0.05),是否担任过班级、学校或学院的学生干部(P<0.05),护理学专业热爱程度(P<0.05)对护士领导力总分有影响.实习护生职业认同与护士领导力自评量表五个维度呈正相关关系(P<0.01).结论:实习护生护士领导力总体处于中上水平,各医学院校应重视护生护士领导力的培养和全面发展,结合相关影响因素采取有效措施,以此为护理专业人才培养提供依据.
Abstract
Objective:To understand the current situation of the nursing leadership of nursing interns and analyze the influencing factors,so as to provide a theoretical basis for cultivating the nursing leadership of nursing stu-dents.Method:A survey was conducted on nursing interns using the Self-Assessment of Leadership Instrument.Results:The total score of nursing leadership was(141.68±25.29),with different age(P<0.05),theoretical learn-ing performance level(P<0.05),whether they are members of clubs or student unions(P<0.05),whether they have served as student leaders in the class,college,or school(P<0.05),and the degree of love for the nursing pro-fession(P<0.05)have an impact on the total score of nursing leadership.There is a positive correlation between the professional identity of nursing interns and the five dimensions of the Self-Assessment of Leadership Instru-ment(P<0.01).Conclusion:The nursing leadership of nursing interns is generally at an above-average level.Medical colleges and universities should pay attention to the cultivation of nursing students'nursing leadership and their comprehensive development,and take effective measures based on relevant influencing factors to pro-vide a basis for the training of nursing professionals.
