即兴教学法与脚本教学法的比较和思考——以高校营销课程为例

摘要
在脚本教学法备受挑战的当下,即兴教学法正在成为一种有效的教学方法.以高校营销课程为例,首先从概念性、完整性、沟通性、趣味性、灵活性、反馈性和实操性七个方面对即兴教学法与脚本教学法的差异性进行了比较研究.随后,对即兴教学法在高校营销课程中的应用进行了深度的思考,建议高校营销教师应努力做到以下三点:一是凝练主线,用好话题;二是关注现场,给足惊喜;三是还原情境,锻炼能力.只有做好这三点,才能最终把学生培养成符合社会需求的合格的市场营销人才.
Abstract
In today's challenging era of scripted teaching method,improvisational teaching method is becoming an effective teaching method.Taking university marketing courses as an example,this paper firstly compares the differences between improvisational teaching method and scripted teaching method from seven aspects:conceptu-alization,completeness,communication,fun,flexibility,feedback and practicality.Secondly,it conducts an in-depth thinking on the application of improvisational teaching method in university marketing courses,and it is suggested that university marketing teachers should strive to achieve the following three points:refining the main line and making good use of topics,paying attention to the scene and giving enough surprises,restoring the situa-tion and exercising abilities.Only by doing these three points well,can we ultimately cultivate students into quali-fied marketing talents who meet the needs of society.
