旅游管理硕士专业学位研究生实践教学策略研究

摘要
实践教学是旅游管理硕士专业学位研究生教育中不可缺少的关键环节,也是应用型教育的特色和亮点.现阶段,我国旅游管理专业硕士实践教学在持续推进案例教学、深化与拓展校企合作的同时,也面临着校外师资力量欠缺、实践教学模式创新不足、与实践教学基地合作不深等挑战.该文在借鉴国内外工商管理专业硕士实践教学经验的基础上,设计了一个兼具系统性、实践性和创造性的旅游管理专业硕士TCP(Tourism Consulting Project),即旅游咨询项目,以期促进旅游管理专业硕士实践教学的改革与创新.
Abstract
Practical teaching is an indispensable key link in the postgraduate education of Master of Tourism Ad-ministration(MTA),and it is also the feature and highlight of applied education.At present,the practice teaching of MTA in China continues to promote case teaching,deepen and expand school-enterprise cooperation,but it faces challenges such as lack of teachers outside the school,lack of innovation in practice teaching mode,and lack of cooperation with practice teaching base.Based on the practical teaching experience of Master of Business Administration at home and abroad,this paper designs a systematic,practical and creative TCP(Tourism Consult-ing Project),in order to promote the reform and innovation of practical teaching of MTA.
