"三教"改革背景下高素质复合型跨境电商人才培养路径研究

摘要
伴随跨境电商产业快速发展,跨境电商人才数量和质量面临巨大缺口."三教"改革作为职业教育高质量发展的重要抓手,通过对教师、教材和教法的改革推动职业教育人才培养目标与岗位需求相匹配.文章基于跨境电商企业岗位需求,从"三教"改革角度深入分析高职院校培养高素质复合型跨境电商人才存在的问题,立足"政行校企"协同育人机制,从打造多元师资、开发新型教材和深化教法改革等角度提出有效建议.
Abstract
With the rapid development of the cross-border e-commerce industry,the quantity and quality of cross-border e-commerce talents are facing a huge gap.As an important starting point for the high-quality devel-opment of vocational education,the reform of teachers,textbooks,and teaching methods promotes the matching of the talent training goals of vocational education with job needs.Based on the job needs of cross-border e-commerce enterprises,this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the problems existing in cultivating high-quality interdisciplinary cross-border e-commerce talents in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of the reform of teachers,textbooks,and teaching methods.Based on the"government-administration-school-enterprise"collaborative education mechanism,from the perspective of creating diversified teaching staff,devel-oping new textbooks,and deepening the reform of teaching methods,effective suggestions are put forward.
