摘要

知识是流动的,作为知识的载体,高校教师天然具有流动性.国际化是高校始终遵守的重要战略,研究型大学与国际化总是结合在一起.研究显示,高校的国际化策略和教师国际化参与动机不完全一致.有别于从管理方的视角,该文从教师视角出发,开展教师国际化参与动机的质性研究,为组织机构制定相关政策提供参考.

Abstract

Knowledge is fluid,and as a carrier of knowledge,university teachers are naturally fluid.International-ization is an important strategy that universities have always adhered to,and research-oriented universities and in-ternationalization are always combined.Research shows that the internationalization strategies of universities and teachers'motivations for international participation are not completely consistent.Different from the perspective of management,this paper starts from the perspective of teachers and conducts a qualitative study of teachers'mo-tivations for international participation,which can serve as a reference for the formulation of relevant policies.
