摘要
现阶段,我国高等教育已经全面进入大众化时期,大学生人数逐渐增加.尤其在各大高校不断扩招的背景下,大学生升学率更是连年突破历史新高.但不可否认的是,这种发展趋势也在一定程度上加大了大学生的就业压力.由于大学生就业情况会直接关系到和谐社会建设情况和市场经济增长情况,所以"就业难"问题始终受到社会各界的广泛关注.想要克服这些困难,就要对大学生就业观念的变化情况展开深入分析,并探索影响其就业的主要因素,在此基础上,采取有效措施引导大学生就业,进而为大学生实现自我价值打下基础.
Abstract
At this stage,China's higher education has fully entered a period of popularization,and the number of college students is gradually increasing.Especially in the context of the continuous expansion of enrollment in ma-jor universities,the enrollment rate of college students has exceeded historical highs year after year.But it is unde-niable that this development trend has also increased the employment pressure of college students to a certain ex-tent.Since the employment situation of college students is directly related to the construction of a harmonious soci-ety and the growth of the market economy,the issue of"employment difficulties"has always received widespread attention from all walks of life.In order to overcome these difficulties,it is necessary to conduct an in-depth analysis of the changes in college students'employment concepts and explore the main factors affecting their em-ployment.On this basis,effective measures should be taken to guide college student'employment,thereby laying the foundation for college students to realize their self-worth.
