斜杠大学生的类型、现状与发展建议

摘要
新时代青年拥有更多元的职业选择,继斜杠青年之后,斜杠大学生开始涌现于校园."斜杠"模式在帮助大学生获得经济收入、增加实践经历和提升能力的同时,也为其带来价值冲突、时间管理失衡和专业深度不足等问题.该文从主体和外部支持两个方面提出对斜杠大学生职业发展的引导举措,一方面鼓励斜杠大学生积极探索适合的领域深入发展并合理统筹安排,另一方面倡议学校职业生涯教育、家庭包容氛围和良好就业政策环境等助力斜杠大学生的健康成长.
Abstract
Young people have more diverse career choices in the current society.With the emergence of young slashers,undergraduate slashers have begun to show up on college campus.The slasher mode not only helps col-lege students gain economic income,increase practical experience as well as enhance their abilities,but also brings problems such as value conflicts,time management imbalances,and insufficient professional growth.This article proposes instructing measures for the career development of these undergraduate slashers from both the in-dividual level and external supporting level.On one hand,it encourages slash-students to actively explore suit-able fields for in-depth development and reasonable arrangements.On the other hand,it advocates for institu-tional career assistance,family understanding and acceptance,and inclusive employment environment to support the better growth of these undergraduate slashers.
