摘要
创新型高技能人才是促进装备制造业转型升级的重要支撑力量.通过剖析创新型高技能人才群体特征和发展现状,聚焦以"中华技能大奖""全国技术能手"为典型的创新型高技能人才成功经验,从个体维度、教育维度、企业维度和社会维度等方面进行全方位分析,并提出加强职业教育和技能培训的宣传与推广、建立完善的人才激励和保障机制、加强产学研合作培养机制的建设、加强创新型高技能人才自身素质和能力的提升以及建立完善的人才评估与反馈机制等策略,以期提高创新型高技能人才的培养质量,满足装备制造业的发展需求,推动行业的持续健康发展.
Abstract
Innovative high-skilled talents are an important supporting force to promote the transformation and up-grading of the equipment manufacturing industry.By analyzing the group characteristics and development status of innovative high-skilled talents,focusing on the successful experience of the innovative high-skilled talents with"China Skills Award"and"National Technical Experts"as the typical examples,the paper conducts a com-prehensive analysis from the aspects of individual dimension,education dimension,enterprise dimension,and so-cial dimension,and proposes some strategies and suggestions,such as strengthening the publicity and promotion of vocational education and skill training,establishing a perfect talent incentive and guarantee mechanism,strengthening the construction of an industry-university-research cooperative training mechanism,strengthening the improvement of innovative high-skilled talents'own quality and ability,and establishing a sound talent evalu-ation and feedback mechanism,in order to improve the training quality of innovative high-skilled talents,meet the development needs of the equipment manufacturing industry,and promote the sustainable and healthy devel-opment of the industry.
