摘要
在课程思政背景下,该文结合茅台学院应用型人才培养要求,在对前人研究情况进行综述的基础上,基于OBE理念构建了"仓储与配送管理"课程思政教学体系,包括:基于人才培养方案和用人单位需求确定课程专业教学目标和思政育人目标,设计专业教学与思政教育深度融合的教学内容,探索"以学生为中心""成果导向"的教学过程和教学方法,构建科学的课程思政教学效果评价体系,最终目的在于培养高素质的物流人才.
Abstract
Under the background of ideological and political education in specialized courses,combined with the requirements of Moutai Institute for the training of applied talents,and based on the review of previous studies,this paper designs an ideological and political teaching system for Warehousing and Distribution Management course based on the OBE concept.The system includes elements as below:to determine the specialized teaching objectives and ideological and political education objectives of the course based on the talent training program and the needs of employers;to design the teaching content deeply integrating ideological and political education and specialized teaching;to explore the"student-centered"and"result-oriented"teaching process and teaching method;to construct a scientific evaluation system for ideological and political teaching effect.The ultimate goal is to train high-quality logistics talents.
