摘要
跨境电商是国际贸易和商业活动的重要组成部分,越来越多的企业开始通过跨境电商平台拓展海外市场.跨境电商行业在短时间内发展迅猛,而相关人才的培养和积累却跟不上行业发展的需求,尤其是实操型和高级运营型的人才短缺.跨境电商的兴起为企业带来了全新的市场机遇和挑战,同时也给高校教育带来了新的需求和教学模式的探索.因此,如何培养具备跨境电商实践能力的高素质人才成为教育界和企业界共同关注的问题.
Abstract
Cross-border e-commerce has become an integral part of international trade and business activities,with an increasing number of companies expanding their overseas markets through cross-border e-commerce plat-forms.The industry has experienced rapid development within a short period,yet the training and accumulation of related talents have failed to keep pace with the industry's demands,particularly in the areas of practical skills and advanced operational expertise.The rise of cross-border e-commerce has brought new market opportunities and challenges to businesses,leading to fresh demands and explorations of teaching models in higher education institutions.Therefore,how to cultivate high-quality talents with practical skills in cross-border e-commerce has become a shared concern for both the education sector and the business community.
