摘要
工匠精神是职业教育的核心内容之一,对高等职业教育发展和高职学生的职业发展具有重要意义.高等职业教育在落实立德树人根本任务的同时,也为社会经济发展输送实用型人才.工匠精神能够有效促进学生理论学习和专业实践学习,为培养具有较高职业水平的实用型专业人才奠定基础.培养高职学生的工匠精神可以从理论灌输、典型示范、动手实践等多个方面进行.
Abstract
The spirit of craftsmanship is one of the core contents of vocational education,which is of great signifi-cance for the development of higher vocational education and the career development of higher vocational college students.Higher vocational education not only implements the fundamental mission of fostering virtue through education,but also delivers practical talents for social and economic development.The spirit of craftsmanship can effectively promote students'theoretical and professional practical learning,laying the foundation for cultivating practical professional talents with high professional levels.Cultivating the craftsmanship spirit of higher voca-tional college students can be achieved through such aspects as theoretical indoctrination,typical demonstration,hands-on practice,and so on.
