摘要

特色非遗融入高职旅游人才培育对于推动地方文化传承、实现"旅游+"可持续发展具有重要意义.该文采用文献研究和案例分析法,以西凉乐舞非遗课堂为例,探索特色非遗融入高职旅游人才培育的实践路径,提出了构建"双元·四融合·三阶进"人才培养模式、搭建立体化课程体系、开展"双线四步多循环"教学模式、实施"多元合作、产教融合"协同育人模式、探索"多路径"实践模式、培养专业化师资队伍的策略.

Abstract

The integration of characteristic intangible cultural heritage into the cultivation of tourism talents in higher vocational colleges is of great significance for promoting the inheritance of local culture and realizing the sustainable development of"tourism +".Using the methods of literature research and case analysis,and taking the intangible cultural heritage class of Xiliang music and dance as an example,this paper explores the practical path of integrating characteristic intangible cultural heritage into the cultivation of tourism talents in higher voca-tional colleges,and proposes the following strategies:constructing a"dual-element,four-integration,and three-level advancement"talent training model,building a three-dimensional curriculum system,developing a"dual-line,four-step,multi-cycle"teaching model,implementing a"diversified cooperation,industry-education inte-gration"collaborative education model,exploring a"multi-path"practice model,and cultivating a professional teaching team.
