摘要
随着研究生招生规模的扩大和社会发展,我国研究生群体面临多重压力,心理危机事件增多.该研究分析了研究生心理危机产生的原因,并对研究生心理危机预警模式的国内外研究成果进行梳理,提出了全员参与的预警模式,强化心理危机预防,为非专业人员提供标准工具,建立大数据支持的预警系统,集成研究生初始心理数据,同时加强对国际学生的心理健康服务.该研究旨在为国内高校建立更科学、本土化的心理危机预警机制提供参考.
Abstract
With the expansion of graduate student enrollment and societal changes in China,the graduate student population faces multiple pressures,leading to an increase in psychological crisis incidents.This study analyzes the causes of psychological crises among graduate students and reviews domestic and international research out-comes on early warning models for graduate student psychological crises.It proposes an all-inclusive early warn-ing model,emphasizing the prevention of psychological crises,offering standardized tools for non-professionals,integrating the collection and sharing of foundational data at entry points,and focusing on the mental health status of international students.This research aims to provide domestic universities with a reference for establishing a more scientific and localized psychological crisis early warning mechanism.
