摘要
当前,部分民办高校毕业生因严峻的就业考验产生了种种心理问题.该文采用文献调查、比较分析法、实证研究法等,从物质、制度、文化三个维度进行分析和探索,接着又对民办高校毕业生就业心理困境的生成逻辑进行深入剖析,最后得出结论:民办高校生就业心理困境的调适,需要在资源转换、制度供给、高校认同培育、心灵秩序重建的策略下实践和展开.不仅需要国家、企业、高校、家庭要协力同心,更需要每一位年轻学子积极主动地自我修炼,才能消除影响平等就业的不合理限制和就业歧视,使人人都有通过勤奋劳动实现自身发展的机会.
Abstract
Currently,some graduates from private colleges and universities have various psychological problems due to the severe situation of employment.The article uses the methods of literature survey,comparative analysis,and empirical research,etc.to analyze and explore from the three dimensions of material,system,and culture.Then,the author conducts an in-depth analysis of the logic of generation of the psychological dilemma of gradu-ates from private colleges and universities in employment,and finally concludes that the adjustment of the psycho-logical dilemma of graduates from private colleges and universities in employment needs to be practiced and car-ried out under the strategies of"resource conversion","system supply","college identity cultivation",and"re-construction of spiritual order".The country,enterprises,colleges and universities,and families must work to-gether.At the same time,every young student needs to actively practice self-cultivation in order to eliminate un-reasonable restrictions and employment discrimination that affect equal employment,so that everyone can achieve their own development through hard work.
