摘要
在"双一流"高校建设中优秀的师资队伍至关重要,优秀师资队伍的建设需要科学的评价体系.该文首先指出了目前高校教师评价体系中存在的缺陷,提出在构建教师评价体系时应该遵循的原则,在此基础上构建了多元的高校教师评价体系.该文的研究有助于激发教师的工作热情,有助于"双一流"高校建设.
Abstract
In the construction of"double first-class"universities,excellent teachers are very important,and the construction of excellent teachers needs a scientific evaluation system.This paper first points out the defects in the current evaluation system of university teachers,and puts forward the principles that should be followed when constructing the teacher evaluation system,and constructs a diversified university teacher evaluation system on this basis.The research of this paper is helpful to stimulating the work enthusiasm of teachers and contribute to the construction of"double first-class"universities.
