新时代高校人文社会科学承担着扎时代根脉、引国家发展、立国际话语的使命,但其科研评价体系存在标准层面、价值层面和主体层面的内在张力,基于此,要通过制度化完善政策保障、专业化构建评价主体、特色化细分评价指标等路径,对高校人文社科科研评价体系进行修正.
Abstract
In the new era,humanities and social sciences in universities undertake the mission of rooting in the roots of the times,guiding national development,and establishing international discourse.However,there are in-herent tensions in their scientific research evaluation system at the standard,value,and subject levels.Based on this,it is necessary to revise the evaluation system of humanities and social sciences in universities through the path of institutionalization,improvement of policy guarantees,professionalization of evaluation subjects,and dis-tinctive subdivision of evaluation indicators.
