大学生就业创新能力培养:基于创新创业教育对大学生能力的影响分析

摘要
为探寻有效的大学生就业能力提升路径,该文分析了创新创业教育、知识教育与大学生就业能力的理论关系,提出了融合知识教育的创新创业教育模式,将其投入教学实践并对教学结果进行了分析.从分析的结果可知,"双创"教育、知识教育和融合教育三个方面对大学生的就业能力都有明显的正向提升效应,而知识教育和创新创业教育的融合效应相对于单一的知识教育与创新创业教育,对就业能力的提升效果更为明显.可见融合知识教育的创新创业教育模式是大学生就业能力培养的有效模式,具有一定的现实意义,为创新创业教育革新提供了有效的教学实践.
Abstract
In order to explore an effective way to improve college students'employability,this paper analyzes the theoretical relationship between innovation and entrepreneurship education,knowledge education and college stu-dents'employability,puts forward an innovation and entrepreneurship education model integrating knowledge education,and puts it into teaching practice and analyzes the teaching results.From the results of the analysis,we can see that the three aspects of innovative education,knowledge education and integrated education have obvi-ous positive effects on college students'employability,and the integrated effect of knowledge education and inno-vation and entrepreneurship education is more obvious than that of single knowledge education and innovation and entrepreneurship education.It can be seen that the innovation and entrepreneurship education mode integrat-ing knowledge education is an effective mode to cultivate college students'employability,which has certain prac-tical significance and provides effective teaching practice for innovation and entrepreneurship education.
